The Network Operating Center runs 24x7 and monitors and reports all processes with regards to power, HVAC, fire detection and suppression and security. Service desk operators and technicians perform first level support. They are accessible by phone, e-mail and fax. All calls are logged which tracks your call to conclusion.
Additional logistical support for customers is provided by the data center manager. You can send the IT equipment prior sending on-site engineers. It will be stored safely in purposely built storage area.
Remote hands-on technical support
The hotline is available Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day on 365 days of the year. Immediately after receiving the customer order, the operations center allocates the task to a service technician and commence the support service request on the customer's equipment on-site ASAP.
